Description
Al Capone heads for Chicago, where he hopes to make money running illegal liquor. Eventually, he rises not only to control the criminal underworld of the city, but also to be one of its main philanthropists—that is, until he is brought down on charges of tax evasion and spends the rest of his days in jail.
