Description
The only thing more abundant than liquor in Prohibition-era Chicago seems to be corruption in the legal system, but Elliot Ness has been assigned the task of bringing Al Capone to justice and he is determined to do just that. After his initial efforts fail, the incorruptible Officer Malone offers his help and, between the two of them, they come up with the perfect scheme to take down Capone, if they survive long enough to pull it off.
