Description
An Army colonel stationed in Japan believes absolutely in the military's ban against intermarriage between U.S. servicemen and Japanese women; however, he finds his belief challenged by his own growing affection for a local dancer and by the actions of one of his servicemen, a man who was transferred home but not allowed to bring his pregnant Japanese wife with him.
